ART AND DECORATION

No. Once you have created an account, you may send images at no cost.


Imoportant Note: Changing the file name to an .eps extension does not change the file type.

• To ensure the decoration process is as fast and efficient as possible, we prefer artwork to be submitted in a usable vector format. If you don’t have a vector file, our highly experienced art team can convert other file types into a usable vector format.
• Vector images use x and y coordinates to create shapes with points and lines, making it possible to zoom in or scale up without sacrificing image quality.

• The following file types are often, but not always, vector-based: .ai, .eps. Sometimes these file types are raster or a combination of vector and raster.Note: Changing the file name to an .eps extension does not change the file type.
• Raster images are better known as bitmap images. Bitmap images use a grid or individual pixels, each of which can be a different color or shade.

• The following file types are always raster-based: .jpg, .gif, .png, .tif, .bmp

• Pricing includes embroidery up to 6,000 stitches. Most logos require fewer than 6,000 stitches, but especially large or detailed logos may require more. If you upload a logo that requires more than 6,000 stitches, a customer service representative will contact you with a revised quote before proceeding with your order.

• Yes. Our art professionals have access to more than 10,000 fonts to provide you with the perfect font choice. Font must be compatible with proposed decoration method.

• Yes, we provide PMS color-matching unless otherwise stated. If PMS color-matching is not possible on an item, the closest available color will be selected. One of our web specialists can help you select imprint colors for the best presentation of your artwork. For embroidery, we will select the embroidery thread color that most closely matches a specified PMS color.

• Your digital artwork will be saved for 12 months after any activity. And remember, when you use an existing logo on a new product or reorder, you will not be charged additional art fees.

• Yes, we can send you a sample of the actual item you are looking to purchase from our website. Most items are available blank or with random or generic logos.

• Yes. To receive a pre-production sample, you must place your order by phone and request a sample at that time. Call us at +90 216 404 11 33 or email us at satis@onnetb2b.com for additional charges. Delivery time on your order will begin based on when the pre-production sample is approved.

• We love to service larger-quantity orders to meet your price and delivery expectations. Please contact your Sales Representative for further lead times.

• We aim and target to ship you the exact quantity you ordered for every product. However, due to occasional variations in the printing production process, an overrun or underrun of an order quantity may occur. We reserve the right to ship and invoice ± 5% of the original order quantity.

• The artwork, designs and trademarks shown on products on this site are examples of the type and quality of product identification available. They are not intended to represent endorsement by - or production for - the owners of the artwork, designs or trademarks.
• The illustrations are not meant to be advertisements. Items pictured with identifications are not for sale to anyone other than the parties expressly authorized by the owners of the trademarks and logo designs.

PRICES AND STOCKS

• Since the Products are imported worldwide, all products are updated according to daily exchange rates.

• The bulk prices vary according to if the products are going to be imported or are in-stock. But prices announced are effective up-to 250 pieces.
• The prices announced for Made in Turkey and Custom Production Products are the “Stock” mentioned. In otherwords the Price is for that amount of Production.

• No. VAT is not included in the Prices..

• Printing and Artwork is not included in the Prices. Please see Art & Decoration part of the FAQ’s. For pricing please contact your Sales Representative.

• Stocks are on-line and real-time. Onnetb2b does not accept back-orders.
• Made in Turkey and Custom Production Products Stocks may vary so please contact your Sales Representative..

• Stocks are on-line and real-time. Onnetb2b does not accept back-orders. So if a product has been sold during that time we take them out of display. So either that priduct will not be shown or thta stock will be displayed as -0-.
• If you have decided the pruchase please contact your Sales Representative and ask them to BLOCK the product for you. Note that you can BLOCK a product up-to 1 Week for your company.

CARGO AND DELIVERY

• The orders from our stocked products within Turkey are sent out within 24 hours. For special orders and printing process please contact your Sales Representative for delivery times. You may at any time call our Customer Service Hotline to track your order.
• Deliveries abroad may vary according to the country. But under normal circumstances we send out orders within 72 hours. Our prices are Ex-Works Istanbul so Customs expenses and other costs need to be calculated.

• You can see all your orders in your account.
• We will send you an e-mail as soon as we have dispatched your order with a tracking Link.

• Your orders will be delivered through Aras kargo who has the largest delivery branch network in Turkey (http://www.araskargo.com.tr) .
• You will receive a tracking number via e-mail as soon as the products are dispatched. You can track all orders from the link we have sent you through the Track My Orders/ www.araskargo.com.tr .
• All small international orders will be sent via international courrier but for larger orders international forwarders need to be used. For this please contact your Sales Representative to get a quotation.

• Within Turkey all Cargo is dispatched through ARAS kargo. There is no extra cost for orders exceeding 250TL. Anything below the Cargo Price is 6,00TL and up. We have no Cargo delivery for Northern Cyprus and Istanbul Islands.
• For International Orders please contact your Sales Representative to get a quotation.

• On the left side within the menu of My Account/Orders you can follow all developments of your order:
o Order Preparation: Means that we have received your order and it is being prepared.
o Your Order has been dispatched: Means that we have packaged and handed over to the Cargo Company. You can track your order with the tracking number tahat has been sent to you.
o Your order has been cancelled: Means the product that you have returned has reached us and it has been approved. Your reimbursement will be made within a few days.

• If you are not foun at the delivery address a “we have not found you at your address” note is left.The next working day ıt will once more be delivered. When the cargo company calls you and lets you know about re-delivery you are able to coordinate the suitable time for delivery. Any delivery that doesnt reach you the second time will be returned to the onnetb2b.com warehouse. All cargo is delivered with a waybill and an invoice.

• While reciving the package please inspect it thoroughly for tearing, crushing, soaking etc. Also please check if the package contents are the same as the invoice included.
• The cargo personnel will help you if there should be any missing content. If this is the case do not accept the cargo and ask the cargo personnel to draw-up a protocol of mishap and send it back. Keep a copy of the protocol, This protocol will help you for product exchange and refund issues.

• Aras Kargo does not have daily deliveries to certain areas of Istanbul. Please check the www.araskargo.com.tr web site for details.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

• Once you are in your cart and check-out you will see the continue button. Please check all the ınvoice and delivery information that you have entered. Then you will need Read and Approve the Sales Contract. Please Check!
• If the Sales Contract is not approved you will not be able to purchase from onnetb2b.com.
• Upon approval please click on the Purchase button and complete your order.

• If you wish to change the content of your order before check-out, you can add or remove products and re-calculate your cart.

• Once you are the check-out and payment page of onnetb2b.com, you will see the products you have ordered, payment method, cargo delivery date, your contact and delivery details, with this you will also receive your Order Number which has been approved by the system.
• Please do not forget to note your Order Number and other details.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

• You can return the products that you have purchased after you receive them, if the should happen to be a problem with them.

• The legal time for returs is 14 days after the purchase date. But as long as the products have not lost their re-sale condition you may return them latest within 30 days. The products must be returned with their invoice, our returns team shall inspect aand approve of your application.

• If the products retured are approved and in compliance with our Return Policy the re-imbursemnet will be made to the credit card that you have paid the order with.

• Every re-imbursement will be paid the folling Thursday of tha acceptance of your inquiry.

• All products that you wish to return must be in their original packaging, All other conditions such as; original package damaged, product boxes wrapped with Cargo Companies Tape, Cargo Stickers, will not be accepted. All accessories must be included and the packaging must be in its original state.
• The product must be returned with its original invoice. If the products are a gift to you, only then the products can be returned with a waybill.

• Produts which are parishable or have an expiration date,
• Disposable products,
• All opened packages of; voice and visual recording devices, software and computer consumables,
• Products those are hygienically sensitive such as; underwear, bathing suits, cosmetic creams, parfumes, personal care, personal hygiene etc.,
• New Year, Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day special or personalized products,
• All accessories that are specially designed for you by our designers,
• Any alterations made specifically for one person, such as rings,
• Bags and Watches,
• User Errors (damage caused form falling or soakage) can not be returned.
